Hola Kaizer, no se si será lo que necesitas, pero parece que te falta la librería comdlg32, que si no me equivoco la tienes en el paquete de "OCX NECESARIAS" al principio de este hilo con una chincheta.
Si no lo tienes instalado, hazlo y ejecuta de nuevo el cripter, verás como probablemente ese error ya no te aparece.
